The bakery location has a bunch of imports there such as fresh feta cheeses, kalamata olives, spices, teas, hookah paraphernalia, canned stuff, baklava, and they interestingly sublet a portion of their bakery for mexican sweet breads. They have much more like canned/bottled drinks and dry goods. They have maybe five-seven small tables for dine-in guests They also make pita chips out of the odd shaped bread pieces that don't make it as pita to be packaged for sale. I don't think they sell fresh baked pita bread everyday; I think it is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but I am not for sure. Quality stuff here.

They have a lot of international items for sale. I just came for lunch though. I ordered a gyro plate. The gyro meat was good, as was the sauce. The salad was dressed correctly and had a good amount of olives and feta. The dolma on the platter were pretty good as well. Nothing was spectacular as I was hoping it would be based on other reviews. I will give them another try, and if they impress me then I will update my review.

An absolutely hidden gem. The selection - It's not extensive but what they do gave us excellent. The owner is lovely and will tell you how to prepare things he sells. Making tabouli and not sure which type of bulgar to use? He'll tell you. I was eyeing a huge can of dolmas... It was huge, I tell you!.... But he saw me and said... You know you can freeze them! Open can and pack them individually in the freezer. Oh! I almost forgot!! Fresh pita on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday . Excellent - they have pocket style pita and flat style. White and whole wheat. Delicious!

This place is amaze. Just recently began visiting these guys, and I am beyond impressed. Good vibes from the owner! He seems like an awesome guy. The food is on point. Much more than expected from this little spot. The lunch items, although limited, are all delicious. Portions are generous and prices are fair. I'll be back for lunch all the time. These guys got a regular here.

Sometimes I have a particular kind of craving. It's not like "I want some lambs meat and a salad with olives" it's like I want THE Greek Salad from Sweis Bros on May and nowhere else, it has just the right amount everything, olives, feta, dressing, lambs meat with that juiciness and side of tzatziki. It's intense, but always satisfying. I love that I don't feel like a glutton after I finish, it feels like a pretty healthy lunch. I usually do a little light shopping while I'm there, pita, hummus and an assortment of olives are a great go-to appetizers to have on hand for when friends pop by. Sardine aside: I also keep meaning to delve into the sardine collection but I haven't yet. Which is probably just more information then you need, unless you happen to be a big sardine fan which it doesn't seem like most people are. I didn't eat them for a long time because I just thought of those weird neighbors from "The Burbs" when I saw them, but then I read some books that made them sound delicious and so I eat a sardine sandwich at Lee's Vietnamese sandwich shop, and now I love them, and they are an excellent source of potassium.

I got my fixed for the day, I had their gyro plate and it was good. The tzatziki sauce is really nice here, well seasoned, not too tart. The meat portion was not as much as other places, but it was cooked the way I like, not too dry. I will eat here again, and I will not hesitate recommending my friends to the place. It's a no frill pita bakery/small ethnic groceries store/gyro eatery.

I enjoy supporting locally owned, interesting businesses. Sweis International Market & Pita Bakery is just that. This smallish location is one part restaurant, one part grocery store, and one part bakery. I eat their gyros on a regular basis and today I branched out and tried a sweet pastry called baklava. Both are quite tasty. The grocery store part of Sweis has several aisles of Middle Eastern? food. They also have an olive bar. Figs and dates are available too. The owners are friendly in a quiet sort of way. Worth a visit if you are in the area.
